Welcome to the Toothless Gators.

Toothless Gators are the Alleygators Golden Oldies side. We welcome any one who wishes to be part of a fun group who follow the World Golden Oldies philosophies of Fun, Friendship and Friternity.

We encourage players and non players to join us. You must be over 35 years of age and be involved with the team. Each Wednesday night at 6.30 pm, we play a game of touch rugby at the club followed by a few beers and a bit of a yarn. You are welcome to turn up, have a run and meet the lads. Friday night at the club the toothless Gators run a Goose raffle as our main fund raiser.

Games and Trips

We play approximately 6 to 10 games in a year and have at least a weekend trip away each year. Any side wishing to have a game do not hesitate to contact us, we would like to host you.  Each two years there is a World Golden Oldies Festival which we encourage our members to go to. This year the festival is in Scotland and we have a party of 26 attending. We fund raise to assist our members to get to these festivals. We want to keep this tradition going and need younger members to continue to join our ranks.

Members and membership

Allot of our members have been past players themselves for the club or have moved to the Coast and looking for friendship and a rugby club link. Many members have sons playing in the club and are coaches and mangers in the club. Some members assist with refereeing. The Toothless Gators are an important component to the club and have programs in place to assist both Juniors and Seniors.

Our annual fees for players are $100 and non members $60. This covers polo’s, club membership, any travel during the year and for players gear and insurance.
