Academy Girls

Week 4 starts off with the Girls working hard on conditioning on Monday night, with awesome improvements for the 1km time trial and the weighted sled pulls increasing each session.

What was deemed impossible a few weeks ago, now is the standard and the Girls won’t be stopping there I’m sure.

Great work Girls 👍👍👍
