3rd Week Running
Southern Cross Rugby Academy hits the 3rd week running. Our players are now starting to increase the amount of work, with better movement and are getting stuck in. As we start testing for improvements, it’s great to see what used to be hard for them to do has become less of a challenge, now concentrating on shortening times and improving moves. Great work guys and keep it up.
