During the Anzac Commemorative Rugby Match on Sunday April 22nd, Ken Jarvis: President of PBC Alleygators Rugby Union Club acknowledged the Currumbin Palm Beach RSL for their contribution. See portions from his welcome address below.

Our Club was very proud and pleased to be asked to host today’s representative Rugby Match to Commemorate the Centenary of Anzac.

Our Club is very pleased to have a connection with the Currumbin Palm Beach RSL and we are grateful for the Support and Sponsorship of Ron Workman and the board in presenting the ceremonial part of today’s proceedings.

Alleygators Rugby Club is also very proud to align ourselves with the aims and objectives of the RSL Traditions and introduce our young men and women to the concept of remembrance of those who served and have gone before us and given us the freedom to play the game of rugby on fields such as these.
