Rugby is a mental and physical game that requires a certain grit and determination; being faced with the challenge to defend and prevent a team from scoring or getting that last try for the win is a great way to push your mind and body to the limits. It also provides a Social network off the field and becomes your extended family. More and more girls are trying rugby as it is a team sport as no matter what size or shape you are, you can play to your strengths and play rugby.
